Details

To minimise heating and ventilation costs, we opted for a small number of high induction tubes (NAD).

For this project, the expectations for sustainable development were very high. Wooded islands had to be preserved to lower the impact on existing woodlands. Erosion control and dust dispersal were effected while work on the project was carried out. Greenery islands were also been added to the parking lots to reduce the asphalt areas. Building materials were recovered and recycled.
